Outstanding Customer Service! We had a fire in our storage room that almost destroyed all my family keepsakes and treasured memories. SERVPRO® sent out a tech asap and they quickly took all the family items to try and salvage as much as they could. The crew came here 4-5 people, with their manager /team leader (Heather ) and she had everyone moving fast & efficient ! She took time to explain the cleaning process and made sure I felt comfortable giving my treasured keepsakes to her. Thank you Heather ! One employee (Nam or Nom) really went into every area to wipe and vacuum all the soot he could find. The SERVPRO crew really helped get our place clean and back to normal. Thank you very much!!!
